LTC (RET.) Tracy Emond
Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Tracy L. Emond was born and raised in Canon City, Colorado and graduated from Canon City High School in 1985. He then attended the University of Southern Colorado and graduated with honors in 1989 with a degree in Political Science and commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Adjutant General Corps branch detailed to Armor. He received a Master of Arts degree in International Policy Studies at Monterrey Institute of International Studies in 1999. His military education includes: Armor Officer Basic Course, Adjutant General Officer Advanced Course, Combined Arms and Services Staff School, Defense Language Institute for Spanish and French, and Command and General Staff College.
Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Emond currently serves as the Senior Army Instructor in the JROTC program at Pueblo West High School. He is married to Paulette, his wife of 26 years, and has two children, Marisa, age 22, and Trevor, age 19.
1SG (RET) Matthew Dilcher
First Sergeant (retired) Matthew Dilcher was born in Sewickley, PA and grew up in Prescott, AZ. He graduated from Prescott High School in 1993. After Graduation he attended college at West Virginia University. In 1995 he enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Reconnaissance Specialist, Cavalry Scout.
First Sergeant (retired) Dilcher has served in every enlisted leadership position from Platoon Sergeant to Operations Sergeant. His assignments include,
First Sergeant Dilcher has deployed 4 times to Iraq and once to Macedonia.
First Sergeant (retired) Dilcher currently serves as the Army Instructor in the JROTC program at Pueblo West High School. He is a member of the prestigious Sergeant Audie Murphy Association.
He is married to his wife of 9 years Macie, and they have three daughters, Paige (17), Cianna (16), and Quinley (9 months).
