Monday Update: Welcome back from the Easter weekend! As many of you were aware, the week prior was dedicated to the many tests that will help determine the course of our future. On behalf of the staff we hope all testing sessions went well and that you gave it your all! For this week we’re closing in on the last opportunities to shoot the rifles and preparing for a new week. There will be a COM board this Wednesday at the usual hours and this Friday there will be the last drill meet for team held at County High School in between the hours of 1300 and 1700.
Drill Update: Last Friday on April 14 the Rocky Mountain Regional Drill Meet took place in which the Cyclone Battalion’s drill teams were able to earn remarkable awards! Both our Regulation with arms and without were able to land 4th place whilst our arms category won 3rd overall. To give recognition in the individual category, our very own Alexei German made us proud by achieving sixth place with his one-man exhibition routine. Keeping these accomplishments and successes in mind, drill members should always strive to better themselves and learn from past mistakes. Drill season isn’t over just quite yet though so there is still time to practice harder and make the last drill meet your best one yet. Congratulations to all the drill members! Let’s finish off strong.
